He brings over 14 years of hands-on experience in industrial plant layouts, turnkey engineering design, mechanical automation, and high-precision technical commissioning across manufacturing plants in Bangladesh.

Saiful Islam leads the Integrated Facility Support Services Department. He oversees large-scale corporate and commercial facility management, custodial operations, pest control, physical security frameworks, and environmental sanitation.

Fowjia is an administrative and facility operations professional with experience in customer service, office administration, vendor coordination, documentation, and operational support. Her background includes customer relations, administrative operations, and facility management, with a focus on maintaining organized workplace operations, coordinating service providers, and supporting both internal teams and clients.

Mizanur Rahman is an on-ground facility operations expert ensuring building plumbing, fire safety fixtures, electrical lighting, and civil upkeep are maintained to optimal standards daily.

Dr. Khaled Hasan heads the Industrial Project Management, QA/QC & Compliance Department. An accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings over 16 years of expertise in delivering megaprojects on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with international QA/QC benchmarks.

Farzana Akter is an expert in quality control systems, materials testing protocols, and ISO 9001:2015 quality frameworks. She oversees testing protocols and calibration records to ensure flawless engineering deliverables.
